Organizations thrive when two things happen: members are connected to their group’s mission and the organization is connected to their campus community. Dr. Tait Martin shows audiences how to do both with an equal blend of humor and practical tactics.
Tait's use of personal stories made his message very effective. He is also very approachable and followed up after our event to continue the dialogue about how to effectively change your image.

Tait weaves stories of campus hijinks that ultimately have an affect on an organization’s image…all with a balance of laughter and “in your face” honestly. He’s a perfect choice for groups that need a public relations shake-up.
David Deggs, University of Arkansas
Dr. Tait Martin was one of the most inspirational and honest speakers I've had the pleasure of coming into contact with as a sorority sister and leader here at FAU. I recommend him as a speaker to anyone. I'm now holding an event between all the Greeks in my community, and he's been so helpful with words of wisdom and confidence. Definitely ask Tait to come to your campus!
Stephanie Nejib, Alpha Xi Delta, Florida Atlantic University
The topic was helpful and the message was impactful. Wonderful message, great speaker, very friendly, easy to work with!
Michelle Castro, University of Miami
Tait was more than we were hoping for! He arrived to campus the day before our retreat to really get a feel for our campus and Greek community. He stayed for the entire retreat and offered some great ideas and thoughts on how to help our students. I would definitely recommend him to folks who are looking for a straightforward, blunt and HONEST presentation. The students seemed engaged for the entire keynote address and the evaluations were outstanding!

Reaching People Who Matter To You: Simple Steps to Redefine Your Campus Image
Are you taking the smartest approach to managing the way your community views your organization? Is the exposure you’re getting really the exposure you want? Do your members understand and live your organization’s values? Is your group’s campus image holding it back?
Tait teaches participants how to use the tools of marketing and PR to refocus their outreach efforts to foster a growing and energized organization. This isn’t your typical “public relations” approach. Tait uses years of experience as a communication and marketing professional to help student leaders understand how their group’s actions impact their relationships with the people who matter most to them—other students, parents, administrators, the local community or even their own members.
Students will take away an ability to shape a strong campus brand, with an emphasis on effective language and the positive, proactive use of popular communication tools. Tait custom-fits each presentation to meet your needs, whether you are doing a focused student government retreat, a session on image for your fraternities and sororities or a staff training session for campus advisors.
Tait is funny, conversational, brutally honest and practical. It is his goal to help student leaders shape their campus reputation by critically examining their current image and figuring out how it aligns with the values of their organization.
Note from the speaker:
This keynote is the next generation of Tait’s popular program, "Breaking Through the Clutter: Cleaning Up Your Campus Image".
Exposure 101: Smart Tactics to Manage Your Social Media Identity
Social media has become a major part of our everyday lives. Whether you prefer to update your Facebook status or tweet on Twitter, we’re all putting A LOT of information about ourselves in the social media arena.
In this keynote, Tait helps students take a look at the opportunities and nightmares associated with social media use. He informs students of ways to successfully control their online identity in easy and practical steps and addresses the problems and benefits that can come along with an online identity, like social media “friends,” online image, building and enhancing branding and cyber-stalking.
Retention Intervention
Are your campus groups having a real problem retaining members?
In this interactive keynote, Tait helps student leaders dig deep to analyze and strategize around solutions to this draining problem. Primary “forces” that keep people in organizations are highlighted, and students learn to develop and incorporate retention techniques in their regular activities—with the goal of energizing and motivating their members. In his usual funny, interactive and conversational style, Tait creates a presentation customized to a particular student group or campus.
This is a great choice for advanced leadership workshops.
